A few years ago when I changed my blogs name to Moscato Mindset, it wasn’t just about wine, contrary to popular belief. I wanted to be able to have a platform where I could share more than just style, wine or travel. I wanted a place to share more mindful information and give other people an opportunity to join in on the conversation, as they wished.
So, here it is. My new series titled “Monday Mindfulness”. I’ll be sharing topics that don’t necessarily have anything to do with style, wine, or travel and more about lifestyle and what I think are topics of good conversation.
“What is not started today is never finished tomorrow” – Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
I think a lot of people (including myself) start blogs and want instant success and question why that doesn’t come when your content is subpar, inconsistent and frankly, boring. I’ll admit to it. My heart hasn’t constantly been in it. There are days I would be so gung-ho about it, jotting down content ideas, planning shoots and doing hours of research. Then I would have a shitty day at work and forget about everything but my Forensic Files marathon and a glass, or better yet a bottle, of moscato.
Today’s Monday Mindfulness post is about me starting today. With Cole and I traveling, unemployed and basically having 24 hours a day of free time, there’s no better point in my life than to give this blog all that I got. In addition to The Barbé Way, of course. Cole and I started a YouTube channel and Instagram of our travels, if you didn’t know, go check it out here and here!
Anyone here in the same boat? With anything in life, not just blogging. Maybe you’ve been there in the past and overcame it, what helped you?
I’d love to read everyone’s thoughts and comments on this topic, after all that is the goal of this new seres!
Thanks so much for spending time with me to read this, I hope you subscribe and return in the future.
